Dremio is hiring a Commercial Account Executive – LATAM / Brazil in the United States to drive new business across Latin American and Brazilian markets. This is a full-time, quota-carrying SaaS sales role built for hunters who self-generate pipeline and own every deal from first touch to signature.

About the Role

As a Commercial Account Executive at Dremio, your sole focus is selling Next Gen Dremio Cloud (SaaS) to commercial organizations of fewer than 3,000 employees. Inbound interest and marketing support are available, but this is fundamentally an outbound, pipeline-driven position. Lasting success comes from disciplined prospecting, targeted account outreach, and partner-led plays. You will run the complete sales cycle and operate with urgency, ownership, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hit quarterly and annual quotas by building a territory plan, a prioritized prospect list, and a clear sales strategy.
  • Generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, account-based outreach, partner motions, and focused campaigns, sustaining 3x-plus coverage.
  • Create and maintain account plans, acting as a trusted advisor to current and future customer IT roadmaps.
  • Lead structured discovery, qualification, demos, and closing across 3–6 month SaaS cycles with strong deal velocity.
  • Apply AI-powered sales tools and develop Points of View to sharpen prospecting and customer engagement.
  • Organize executive and CxO conversations and events, partnering with Solutions Architects for technical validation.
  • Manage opportunities, forecasting, and CRM hygiene in Salesforce.com and Clari, and nurture accounts for ongoing revenue.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in pipeline-driven SaaS sales, personally managing and closing deals.
  • Proven ability to self-source pipeline rather than depend on inbound leads.
  • Track record closing $75K–$300K ARR deals and carrying $800K+ ARR quotas.
  • Strong outbound prospecting, discovery, and qualification skills with a high-activity, high-ownership mindset.
  • Experience selling into LATAM and Brazil, plus building and working with regional partner networks.
  • Fluency or working proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese; willingness to travel on-site as needed; BA/BS required.
  • Preferred: consumption-based or cloud-native SaaS models, and familiarity with lakehouses, data warehouses, analytics, AI, and open-source ecosystems.
