Marketing & Events Coordinator- NV

Peak Trust Company is hiring a Marketing & Events Coordinator for our Las Vegas office. This full-time, in-person role supports our marketing strategy, business development, and event execution across the Las Vegas area and beyond.

About the Role

As Marketing & Events Coordinator at Peak Trust Company in Las Vegas, Nevada, you'll own the planning, logistics, and execution of our key events, conferences, and sponsorship activations. You'll work closely with our marketing and business development teams to amplify our brand presence and strengthen client relationships through strategic event experiences.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute conferences, client events, and networking functions in the Las Vegas area and region
• Manage sponsorship relationships and activation opportunities aligned with company goals
• Coordinate event logistics including venue selection, vendor management, registration, and on-site operations
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral and communications to promote company events
• Track event metrics, gather attendee feedback, and report on performance to leadership
• Support ongoing marketing initiatives that drive business development and client engagement
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through event experiences
