About This Position

This role as a Community Manager-in-Training involves supporting and enhancing the community environment for residents of manufactured housing communities. The position is full-time and based out of Lansing, Michigan.

What You'll Do

• Assist in organizing events and activities to foster a sense of community among residents.
• Support regional manager in managing day-to-day operations within the community.
• Engage with residents to understand their needs and concerns, and work towards resolving them.
• Help maintain a clean and safe living environment for all residents.

Requirements

• A passion for community development and social engagement.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting as well as independently.
• Basic knowledge of community management principles and practices.
