Role Overview
In a rapidly scaling platform environment, the team partners closely with merchants to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance service quality—accelerating Rocket Now’s expansion in the market.
What You Will Do
- Build and manage relationships with merchants to drive business growth
- Analyze merchant performance data and develop tailored growth strategies
- Identify and resolve merchants’ pain points through high-impact projects
- Build long-term relationships with merchants, ensuring high levels of merchants satisfaction
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals
- Short-term business trips to other regions
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales or growth targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Japanese
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent level English
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, or other BI/CRM tool
