About the Role
As a CBRE Maintenance Technician in Lisbon, North Dakota, you will help safeguard the daily operation and condition of an acute care healthcare facility. Working the 1st shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, you will handle general building upkeep, repair facility systems, and carry out preventive maintenance that keeps the environment dependable for patients and staff. Success in this full-time, on-site position calls for initiative, broad technical know-how across multiple trades, and confident communication with the people you support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the efficient, reliable operation of an acute care facility and its building systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related issues as they arise.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address concerns before they escalate.
- Coordinate professionally with facility staff, vendors, and team members.
