Local Study Associate Director- FSP

PAREXEL is hiring a Local Study Associate Director (LSAD) within its FSP (Functional Service Provider) team, a full-time clinical research role based in Montpelier, Washington County that is delivered as a remote position within the US.

About the Role

As a Local Study Associate Director at PAREXEL, you will steer one or more Local Study Teams (LSTs) at the country level, taking ownership of the clinical study deliverables assigned to your region. The position calls for someone who can balance scientific rigor with operational discipline, ensuring every committed study component lands on time, on budget, and in full alignment with client and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate Local Study Team(s) to execute the designated components of clinical trials at country level.
• Deliver study milestones in line with agreed resources, allocated budgets, and committed timelines.
• Maintain strict adherence to client procedural documents, international guidelines, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Provide leadership and oversight that keeps local study activities consistent, compliant, and quality-focused.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated oncology clinical research experience is required for this Local Study Associate Director role.
• Cell therapy experience is strongly preferred and will distinguish standout candidates.
• Proven ability to lead study teams and manage clinical deliverables against resource, budget, and timeline targets.
• Working familiarity with client procedural documents and international regulatory guidelines governing clinical trials.
