About This Position

Stability Healthcare is actively recruiting an experienced RN to fill a Medical-Surgical Telemetry contract nursing role in the Sierra Bonita area. This full-time position runs for 13 weeks with a structured schedule of 36 hours per week, allowing you to balance professional commitment with personal priorities. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing continuity of care during critical overnight hours when patient monitoring and nursing expertise are essential. Your Responsibilities

• Monitor patients on telemetry systems, responding promptly to cardiac rhythm changes and clinical alerts
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document clinical findings in real time
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records and detailed nursing documentation
• Provide patient and family education on medical conditions and discharge planning needs
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout assigned shifts

Who We're Looking For

• Current, valid RN licensure in Arizona
• Demonstrated experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry nursing settings
