The Opportunity

We're seeking an energetic, customer-focused Activities Assistant to support our vibrant Plymouth, Wisconsin resort community. In this part-time role, you'll partner with our activities team to plan, coordinate, and execute engaging weekly programs and special events that strengthen resident connections and enhance the overall guest experience at our destination resort.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing weekly recreational activities and special events for our resort community members
• Support the setup, execution, and takedown of community programs, gatherings, and activities
• Provide outstanding customer engagement and support a welcoming experience for guests and residents
• Help coordinate activity logistics, materials, supplies, and participant communication
• Bring creative ideas and energy to enhance resident satisfaction and community participation
