About the Role
As an Activities Assistant at Pine Haven, you will play a hands-on part in creating memorable guest experiences at one of ELS's premier resort communities. Working closely with the activities team, you will help shape the recreational heartbeat of the property through well-organized programming and warm, attentive service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing a weekly calendar of resort activities and special events for residents and guests
- Deliver exceptional customer service during all programs, ensuring every participant feels welcomed and engaged
- Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown to keep activities running smoothly
- Communicate upcoming events and programming details to the resort community
- Collaborate with the broader activities team to continuously improve the guest experience
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine enthusiasm for working with people of all ages
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in hospitality, recreation, event coordination, or a related field is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to representing the ELS brand with professionalism
