About This Position
We are LifeStance Health, a leading behavioral health practice group dedicated to improving access to trusted and personalized mental healthcare. We are currently seeking a talented Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our growing Houston, TX office. As part of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives by providing high-quality behavioral healthcare in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions for adult and child/adolescent populations
- Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities
Qualifications
- Fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Texas
- Experience working with adult and/or child/adolescent populations
- Strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence
- Passion for delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare
