About the Role

This position is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within Domino's Franchise in Glencoe, Alabama. As a Level 1 Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that all team members are performing their duties effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth running and customer satisfaction
• Manage staff schedules and provide performance feedback
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
• Train new employees and assist in their development
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree is a plus
