As the Projektleiter (m/w/d) Elektrotechnik & Automatisierungstechnik – mit Perspektive Teamleitung based in Hamburg, Deutschland, you take ownership of complete project cycles that integrate electrical engineering solutions with modern automation systems. You work within a structured industrial environment that values precise technical delivery and opens a clear route into broader leadership of specialist colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and guide electrical and automation projects from initial concept through detailed design, installation and final handover
• Define technical requirements, prepare system specifications and oversee implementation on site
• Coordinate multidisciplinary resources, manage interfaces and keep timelines and quality targets on track
• Monitor budgets, identify risks early and resolve technical challenges to meet agreed milestones
• Engage regularly with engineering colleagues, external partners and internal stakeholders for smooth project flow
• Prepare documentation and reports that support continuous improvement and future team leadership duties

Who We're Looking For

• Proven project management experience in electrical engineering, automation technology or closely related fields
• Solid technical grounding in Elektrotechnik and Automatisierungstechnik, preferably with relevant qualifications or certifications
• Ability to lead projects autonomously together with a clear interest in progressing toward team leadership
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills suited to complex technical environments
• Willingness to work on site in Hamburg, Deutschland and handle project-related travel when required
