About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant with RAM Partners in Atlanta, you will guide prospective residents through every step of finding their next home. This on-site, full-time position is based at the Willis Avondale Estates community and pays $19 to $22 per hour. Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and showcase available apartment homes and amenities
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person while maintaining a professional, service-first attitude
• Guide applicants through the application, screening, and lease-signing process with accuracy and care
• Support resident retention through attentive, responsive communication and follow-up
• Maintain accurate leasing records and contribute to the community's occupancy and revenue goals

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a genuine, people-focused approach
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities on-site
• Availability to work full-time at the Atlanta, Fulton County location
• Prior leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
