About the Role
As a Lead Sales Associate at our Alton, IL Dollar General store (requisition S30914), you'll be a trusted presence on the sales floor—supporting daily store operations, assisting customers, and helping the management team deliver a friendly, efficient shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, answering questions and helping them find what they need

Qualifications
