About This Position

The Lead - Land Access role is a full-time position based in South Yarra, Stonnington. As part of the Infrastructure Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in securing land access for our projects, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to secure necessary land access for infrastructure projects
• Manage relationships with landowners, local authorities, and stakeholders
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the preparation of documentation related to land access agreements
• Ensure timely and effective communication throughout project phases

Requirements

• Proven experience in land acquisition and management for infrastructure projects
• A strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks governing land access
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
