The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Electrical professional to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role will involve supervising and guiding the electrical maintenance team, ensuring smooth plant operations through effective oversight of electrical maintenance activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance with safety standards and supporting both breakdown and preventive maintenance operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the electrical maintenance team to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Oversee all electrical maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices.
- Support breakdown and preventive maintenance operations to minimize downtime and maintain optimal plant performance.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards related to electrical maintenance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a lead or senior electrical role, preferably within the industrial sector.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and guide teams effectively, ensuring high levels of performance and safety standards.
- Strong understanding of electrical maintenance procedures, including breakdown and preventive maintenance techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of local regulations and international standards related to electrical work.
- Able to work in a full-time capacity with no remote working options available.
