About the Role
The Goddard School of Manassas is hiring full-time Lead and Assistant Teachers across our Infant/Toddler, Preschool, and Pre-K programs in Manassas, VA. If you light up around young children and want a workplace that is genuinely supportive, collaborative, and fun, this on-site position is built for educators who view early childhood as a calling rather than just a job.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support nurturing daily activities for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or Pre-K students.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and growth.
- Guide children's social, emotional, and academic development through play-based learning.
- Partner with fellow teachers and families to support each child's individual progress.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging learning space throughout the day.
Qualifications
- Prior hands-on experience working with young children in an early childhood or classroom setting.
- An energetic, patient, and friendly personality with a real passion for education.
- A genuine commitment to making a positive difference in children's lives.
