What This Role Involves

The successful Landscape Gardener will be responsible for the construction, maintenance, and presentation of commercial landscapes across a range of sites including schools, universities, councils, and land and property developments. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and fertilizing
• Assisting in the design and construction of new landscapes
• Maintaining a high standard of presentation for all sites under Green by Nature AU's care
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices

• Executing landscape maintenance tasks in various environments
• Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet quality standards
• Maintaining records of work completed and materials used
• Adhering to schedules and deadlines set by Green by Nature AU

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A recognized qualification in landscape gardening or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance and construction
• Strong physical fitness to perform manual tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A valid driver's license for site travel as required
