The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Crew Lead to join our team at Kniffings Landscape. This role offers full-time employment in El Cajon, California, with no remote option available.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of landscaping crews
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Oversee lawn care services including mowing, edging, and fertilizing
