We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team at White Construction, a subsidiary of Congruex. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of projects. Your Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation and layout activities
- Operate heavy equipment as required by project needs
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, moving materials, and setting up scaffolding

What You Bring
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required

- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- A valid driver's license with the ability to travel up to 25-50% of the time
