The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Northland. The role involves assisting with the propagation of sweet potato (kumara) beds. This hands-on position will see you working outdoors from 8 a.m. till 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, starting immediately and continuing until mid-October.

If you're interested in extending your stay, there are opportunities to continue planting from October to December. The job offers the chance to work outside and contribute to our growing operation.

What You'll Do

• Sort and prepare kumara for propagation
• Plant and maintain kumara beds
• Follow instructions and guidelines provided by the team
• Work efficiently within a set schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

What We're Looking For

• A reliable and hardworking individual
• Basic gardening or agricultural experience is advantageous but not required
• The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
