About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Kitchen Hand to join our team at TGI Fridays in the Wyong area. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards, contributing to the vibrant dining experience we offer.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of food items according to recipes and customer orders
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Assisting in the setup and breakdown of service areas
• Working efficiently under pressure during peak dining hours
• Ensuring all food preparation adheres to health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Kitchen Hand or similar role is advantageous but not essential
• A passion for cooking and serving high-quality meals
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic food handling and hygiene knowledge
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
