About the Role

A Day in the Life As a Kiehl's Skincare Expert, you will be the face and heart of our brand in our Chadstone and Melbourne CBD store, reporting to the Store Manager. You'll engage with customers, provide expert advice on skincare solutions, and contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their skincare needs and provide tailored recommendations
• Offer product demonstrations and consultations to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
• Assist in the setup of displays and promotional materials as needed
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

• Passion for skincare and beauty products
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of skincare principles is beneficial but not mandatory
