Your Responsibilities

• Create and facilitate training modules that introduce AI concepts, tools and responsible practices to diverse audiences
• Own the product backlog, roadmap and prioritisation for AI enablement offerings, ensuring alignment with organisational needs
• Partner with stakeholders to uncover AI use cases and translate them into structured learning paths and support materials
• Evaluate AI platforms and features, integrate suitable ones into training content, and guide users through adoption
• Track training outcomes and product usage metrics to refine materials and improve knowledge retention
• Stay current with AI developments and incorporate relevant updates into both instructional sessions and product iterations

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in artificial intelligence fundamentals and practical application of AI tools
• Proven experience acting as product owner for digital or process-improvement products
• Track record of designing and delivering engaging technical training programmes
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills suited to mixed technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with agile practices for backlog management and iterative product development
• Degree-level education in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience that supports AI enablement work
