About This Position

We are seeking a Kfm. Mitarbeiter to join our team in Deggendorf on a part-time basis. At Dr. Kittl & Partner, you will enjoy flexible working hours and the option for mobile workstations or home office. Our attractive office is centrally located with convenient public transportation access, offering modern IT and telecommunication equipment as well as height-adjustable desks.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting administrative tasks in the personal department
• Using MS-Office applications effectively
• Knowledge of DATEV and HR System PERSONIO is advantageous
• Displaying quick learning ability, a friendly demeanor, discretion, and reliability
• Maintaining excellent communication skills and being highly motivated and engaged
• Having a holistic view beyond the immediate task at hand while also working independently and taking initiative

Qualifications

A completed commercial training and relevant work experience are required, ideally in the field of personnel. You should have good knowledge of MS-Office applications, with familiarity in DATEV and HR System PERSONIO being advantageous.
