Recorded Future, the world's largest and most advanced threat intelligence company, is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager in Singapore to guide enterprise clients in turning intelligence into measurable security outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role for a consultative advisor who pairs deep technical fluency with strategic business insight.

About the Role

As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will own the technical and strategic success of an assigned portfolio of accounts across the full intelligence journey — from onboarding through renewal. You'll partner with customers across Korea and the wider ASEAN region, translating complex intelligence concepts into quantifiable business value and risk reduction. Comfortable engaging everyone from SOC analysts to CISOs, you'll help organizations realize the full value of Recorded Future's Intelligence Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive platform adoption by analyzing usage patterns and integration health to sustain operational success.
  • Lead executive and technical business reviews that showcase value realization and maturity progression.
  • Anticipate risks to account health and renewal, including budget constraints, competitive pressure, and stakeholder turnover.
  • Act as primary technical liaison across customer SOC, CTI, engineering, GRC, threat hunting, and vulnerability management teams on configuration, integration, and tuning.
  • Build strategic adoption plans alongside account directors and cross-functional partners in sales, product, and data science.
  • Deliver bespoke intelligence advisory engagements and strengthen customer tradecraft and platform proficiency.
  • Champion the voice of the customer to shape product and services direction, while mentoring teammates and refining advisory methods.
  • Maintain rigorous, meaningful records in internal systems for outcomes, sentiment, and at-risk account plans.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years in customer-facing cyber threat intelligence, security operations, or cyber advisory roles within enterprise or vendor environments.
  • Strong grasp of intelligence principles, frameworks, and tradecraft, plus the broader threat landscape.
  • Technical fluency with intelligence platforms, APIs, data feeds, and security integrations such as SIEM, TIP, and SOAR, alongside SaaS architectures.
  • Professional proficiency in Korean — speaking, reading, and writing — is essential; native fluency strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in account health management, retention, and growth, and familiarity with the Intelligence Lifecycle, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, the Diamond Model, and the Cyber Kill Chain.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, computing science, or intelligence studies; certifications like CISSP, GCTI, or GCIH are valued.
  • A curious, customer-obsessed self-starter with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
