Your role involves organizing photo and video productions, ensuring that everything runs smoothly on shoot days, and taking on increasing responsibility as you progress through your training.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct research to select suitable models
• Communicate with models, agencies, and clients
• Plan and coordinate photo and video productions
• Create briefs and production documentation
• Schedule and organize travel and accommodations
• Maintain our model database
• Collaborate closely with photography, styling, production, and project management teams

Skills & Qualifications

• A passion for organization as well as creative projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meticulously
• Fluent German and solid English proficiency
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Interest in media, photography, fashion, or e-commerce
