What You Bring

  • A proven track record in early childhood education or primary teaching
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team effectively
  • Strong understanding of Māori values and pedagogy, including Te Whāriki and Te Reo Māori
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
