About the Role
The role of Kaiāwhina at TWoA is to support and enhance the educational journey of our tauira (students) by fostering an environment that values Māori culture and education. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering quality education programmes that align with our mission of 'tauira success' and vision of 'whānau transformation through education'. This part-time position requires a deep understanding of kaupapa Māori principles and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
Your Responsibilities
- To deliver educational programmes that are grounded in Māori culture and values.
- To support tauira (students) in their academic and personal development, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
- To contribute to a whānau-friendly workplace where the wellbeing of kaimahi (staff) and their whānau is prioritized.
- To maintain a strong commitment to our mission and vision, promoting tauira success and whānau transformation through education.
Requirements
