Build the skills for this role
Prioritise requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT design, stakeholder communication, and familiarity with the core systems used in your domain. Build SQL or reporting basics and structured documentation habits. No certification list or fee data was supplied for this listing.
Prepare examples of clarifying ambiguous requirements, resolving process vs system conflicts, and running UAT. Expect scenario questions on prioritisation, change impact, and how you hand off to developers or vendors. Be ready to walk through a functional spec you owned end to end.
A solid fit if you enjoy bridging non-technical users and IT, writing clear requirements, and owning testing and adoption—not pure coding. The posting is UK (nationwide)–based and not remote, so location flexibility matters.
