Develop functional specifications, system workflows, and detailed design documentation to support improvements. Configure improvements in the IFS ERP solution or work with development teams for implementation, test these solutions, including leading UAT, and address any issues that arise. Plan and manage the delivery of improvements, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Provide ongoing support to business users, addressing system issues or questions. Develop and deliver training materials to ensure users are proficient with the systems. Qualifications Experienced IT Functional Analyst with a good understanding of business processes.
