What This Role Involves

Rapidly growing investment brokerage is seeking Buyers Agents to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in helping primarily out-of-state investors discover and purchase high-quality properties within the St. Louis area.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential investment property buyers from out of state
• Conduct thorough market research to find suitable investment opportunities for clients
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on properties, including financial analysis and market trends
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions on behalf of investors during the purchasing process
• Maintain strong relationships with property managers and local real estate professionals
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction throughout the transaction process

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in real estate sales, preferably within an investment or commercial setting
• A deep understanding of the St. Louis real estate market and its trends
• Strong analytical skills to assess property values and financial performance
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
