About This Position
The Investment Banking Associate position at Dadavidson in the Diversified Industrials Group is a full-time role based in Boston. As an Associate, you will work closely with senior bankers on strategic assignments, assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, and other advisory services. The program includes a four-year deep dive into your industry of focus, mentorship, sales and public speaking training, and opportunities to assist in recruiting, college outreach, cultural initiatives, and ongoing analyst training.
Core Duties
- Assist senior bankers on strategic assignments for clients
- Support mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, and other advisory services
- Participate in client meetings and due diligence processes
- Contribute to the development of financial models and presentations
- Engage in ongoing analyst training and cultural initiatives
- Aid in college outreach and recruiting efforts
