About the Role
As an LISW-S therapist with Companion Plus Care, you'll provide direct clinical mental health services to individuals and families navigating complex behavioral health challenges. This role combines active clinical practice with supervisory responsibilities, allowing you to build clinical expertise while mentoring junior social workers. You'll work in a collaborative environment where your advanced licensure enables you to expand clinical scope and leadership impact.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and differential diagnoses
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling services
- Deliver crisis intervention and acute stabilization support
- Manage complex cases and coordinate care with treatment partners
- Supervise licensed social workers pursuing clinical licensure pathways
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress notes
- Contribute to evidence-based service delivery and quality initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Active LISW-S licensure in Ohio
- Master's degree in social work or closely related clinical field
- Proven clinical experience in mental health assessment and treatment
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor emerging clinicians

- Strong collaboration skills within interdisciplinary healthcare teams
