Envirogen Group is hiring a results-driven Technical Sales Representative to grow demand for industrial process water and high-purity water systems across the United States (nationwide) (nationwide). If you thrive at the intersection of consultative selling and applied water-treatment technology, this full-time role offers a clear path to expand strategic accounts and close meaningful business.
About the Role
As a Technical Sales Representative at Envirogen Group, you will champion the sale of process water and high-purity solutions — including Mobile Deionization (MODI) and Portable Exchange Deionization (PEDI) trailers — along with the associated services that support industrial, manufacturing, commercial, and laboratory operations. This is a hands-on, relationship-centered position: you will nurture established accounts, uncover and cultivate new partnerships, and carry deals from first conversation to signed agreement.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and sustain customer relationships across industrial, manufacturing, commercial, and laboratory markets.
- Source and qualify opportunities for process and high-purity water systems, including MODI and PEDI trailers.
- Assess each customer's technical needs and match them to the right products and services.
- Build and present proposals, quotations, and tailored presentations to current and prospective clients.
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation through contract close.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements that drive profitable outcomes.
- Partner with internal technical, operations, and service teams to deliver successful projects and satisfied customers.
- Achieve or surpass assigned sales targets and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline preferred; comparable industry experience may substitute for formal education.
- Sales background, ideally within industrial water treatment, water systems, technical equipment, or a similar B2B setting.
- Proven success selling technical products and services into industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or laboratory environments.
- Solid command of consultative selling, account development, and the complete sales cycle.
- Ability to interpret and clearly explain technical details of process and high-purity water systems.
- Track record of forming and sustaining long-term client partnerships.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including proposal writing and presentation delivery.
- Sharp negotiation, problem-solving, and deal-closing abilities.
