About the Role
As a Quality and Process Inspector, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and elevating the standards that define our organization. This hands-on position directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational excellence through meticulous quality oversight and process analysis.
What You'll Do
- Ensure all products, processes, and services comply with established company quality standards and applicable regulations
- Verify adherence to customer requirements and contractual specifications
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and quality
- Document quality inspections and maintain detailed records
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations
- Collaborate with teams to implement corrective and preventive measures
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience as a Quality and Process Inspector or in quality assurance roles
- Knowledge of quality standards, inspection protocols, and process documentation
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability
