Implementation & Insights Consultant – US

Quorso is hiring a full-time Implementation & Insights Consultant in the United States (nationwide) (nationwide) to help leading retailers turn complex operational data into decisions that move performance. This is an analytical, insight-focused role — not a data-engineering or pipeline-building one.

About the Role

As an Implementation & Insights Consultant at Quorso, you'll work at the centre of our customer analytics function, partnering with some of the world's largest retailers to help them act faster and smarter. Using SQL and modern BI tools, you'll dig into messy, large-scale retail data, surface the trends that matter, and shape them into recommendations that resonate from the shop floor to the C-suite. You'll collaborate closely with our Customer, Product and Implementation teams to keep the data behind Quorso's platform accurate, meaningful and easy for clients to act on.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside enterprise customer teams to understand their operations and shape clear analytical requirements.
• Explore large, imperfect retail datasets with SQL and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Looker to reveal meaningful patterns.
• Build dashboards and visualisations that spotlight store performance, pinpoint opportunities and track outcomes.
• Convert your findings into practical, actionable recommendations that advance operational excellence.
• Partner with Product, Customer and Implementation colleagues so each data story aligns with real business priorities.
• Keep sharpening how we read and present data — improving clarity, speed and impact for clients and internal teams alike.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in BI, analytics or data-driven decision support, ideally across retail, FMCG or SaaS.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills, with confidence handling complex datasets directly.
• Hands-on experience producing reports or dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker or comparable tools.
• A genuinely curious, analytical mindset focused on what data reveals and how it drives action.
• Clear communication skills, including explaining technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• An organised, proactive approach to juggling several projects at once, with a collaborative, commercially aware outlook.

Bonus points for experience with operational retail or FMCG data, exposure to ETL or data modelling, familiarity with how data flows from source systems into BI tools, and a record of influencing decisions through insight.
