CSI Pharmacy is hiring a part-time Home Infusion Registered Nurse in Lexington, Kentucky, to deliver expert, compassionate infusion care to patients managing chronic and rare conditions in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

As a Home Infusion Registered Nurse with CSI Pharmacy, you will bring specialty pharmacy services directly to patients who depend on complex therapies. This is a part-time position based in Lexington, KY, scheduled at approximately 20 hours per week, ideal for a licensed RN who values flexibility and meaningful, patient-centered nursing.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer home infusion therapies safely and accurately according to physician orders and established clinical protocols.
• Educate patients and their families on infusion treatment, self-care, and what to expect throughout their therapy.
• Monitor patients for therapeutic response and potential reactions, responding promptly to any clinical concerns.
• Document care thoroughly and coordinate with pharmacists, physicians, and the broader care team.
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and patient-focused environment during every in-home visit.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Kentucky.
• Clinical nursing experience, with home infusion or IV therapy background strongly preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient-education skills.
• Reliable transportation and the flexibility to travel to patient homes within the Lexington, Kentucky area.
• A commitment to high-quality, compassionate care for individuals living with chronic and rare illnesses.
