Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager

Join EDB as a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager and help shape how the world discovers and engages with Postgres-powered data solutions. This is a full-time position based in the United States (nationwide), working with a global leader in enterprise data and AI platforms serving over 1,500 customers worldwide.

About the Role

You'll own the strategy and execution of EDB's social media presence and influencer partnerships, driving brand awareness and engagement across digital channels. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on content creation and community management, positioning EDB as a trusted voice in the data and AI space.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content that resonates with technical and business audiences
• Identify, build, and nurture relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders aligned with EDB's mission
• Coordinate influencer campaigns, partnerships, and sponsored content to expand reach and credibility
• Monitor social conversations, engage with followers, and respond to community inquiries
• Measure performance through analytics and reporting, optimizing campaigns based on data and insights
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency
• Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social marketing opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing social media for B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise software companies
• Strong track record building and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools
• Familiarity with the data, database, or open-source technology landscape preferred
• Strategic thinking combined with strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
