Forensic Analytical Consulting Services
Forensic Analytical Consulting Services seeks an experienced Industrial Hygienist to join our Modesto, Stanislaus County office in a full-time role. You'll play a critical part in our mission to make workplaces and communities healthier and safer.
About the Role
As an Industrial Hygienist with our team, you'll conduct comprehensive environmental and occupational health assessments for a diverse clientele across multiple industries. This position combines field investigation, laboratory analysis, and strategic consulting to identify and mitigate workplace hazards and environmental health risks. You'll be the expert our clients rely on to keep their operations compliant and their people protected.
What You'll Do
- Perform workplace hazard assessments and industrial hygiene surveys across client facilities
- Collect and analyze samples for chemical, biological, and physical hazards
- Evaluate air quality, noise levels, and other environmental conditions
- Develop written reports and remediation recommendations based on findings
- Ensure all work meets OSHA standards and regulatory requirements
- Train clients on occupational health best practices and hazard control strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional, thorough consulting
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field
- Current or ability to obtain Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) credential preferred
- Proficiency with industrial hygiene monitoring equipment and sampling methods
- Solid understanding of OSHA regulations, permissible exposure limits, and compliance frameworks
- Strong technical writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the region
