Sr Safety Coordinator

Force Electrical Services is searching for an experienced Senior Safety Coordinator to lead workplace safety initiatives across our operations in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County. This full-time, on-site role puts safety expertise at the center of how we plan, document, and execute every project.

About the Role

As the Senior Safety Coordinator, you will be the in-house authority on safety management, responsible for protecting the well-being of our team while upholding the quality of company operations and procedures. Working with minimal oversight, you'll shape, implement, and refine the safety programs that keep our Oklahoma City workforce compliant and protected.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion the safety and quality of all company operations, processes, and procedures
• Act as the organization's go-to subject matter expert on safety management practices
• Build, roll out, and continuously improve safety procedures throughout the company
• Document workflows, processes, and compliance records to maintain a clear safety trail
• Independently manage assignments, including selecting the most effective methods to complete them

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in safety coordination or safety management, ideally within the electrical or skilled trades sector
• Strong working knowledge of safety standards, procedures, and regulatory documentation
• Ability to operate under minimal supervision and exercise sound, independent judgment
• Skilled in developing, implementing, and documenting organizational procedures
• Clear communication abilities to advise and guide staff at every level
