TheKey Of New Jersey LLC is hiring a full-time On Call Coordinator-2 in China (nationwide) (nationwide) to deliver concierge-level scheduling and after-hours phone support that keeps families confident their loved ones are cared for around the clock.

About the Role

As an On Call Coordinator-2 based in China (nationwide) (nationwide), you will join a national team that manages evening, overnight, and weekend telephone coverage for TheKey locations across the United States. When you take a call for a particular branch, you represent that office as though you were sitting in it locally, providing seamless, attentive service to caregivers and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of inbound tickets and, at times, answer live incoming phone calls
• Provide outstanding support to caregivers and clients through both phone and email
• Keep thorough, precise records of every interaction, request, and transaction
• Close out tickets through clear communication, careful documentation, system updates, and coordination with field teams
• Welcome guidance and feedback from team leaders to keep growing in the role
• Show dependability with punctual, consistent attendance
• Conduct yourself professionally and courteously with colleagues, caregivers, and clients at all times
• Take on additional tasks as directed by leadership

Qualifications

• A genuine commitment to customer service and client satisfaction
• Previous phone-based service experience, ideally with high call volumes, is preferred
• Confident computer skills and a willingness to learn company systems
• Clear, professional, and positive written and verbal communication
• Composure and poise when working under pressure
• Proven ability to work both independently and within a team
• Capacity to lift up to 15–20 pounds, sit, stand, or walk for extended periods, and operate standard office equipment such as a computer, telephone, and copier
