About the Role As an On Call Coordinator-2 based in China, you will join a national team that manages evening, overnight, and weekend telephone coverage for TheKey locations across the United States. When you take a call for a particular branch, you represent that office as though you were sitting in it locally, providing seamless, attentive service to caregivers and clients alike.
