Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute fleet implementation projects from kickoff through completion

• Track project milestones, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed at every stage
• Translate client requirements into actionable implementation plans and clear next steps
• Drive process improvements that make each fleet rollout smoother than the last

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading projects, ideally within fleet, financial services, or implementation environments
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills for working across technical and business audiences
• Comfort solving problems independently while collaborating within a team
• Availability to work full-time, on-site in Minneapolis, Minnesota
