Core Duties

• Appear and advocate in immigration court hearings, master calendar and individual calendar proceedings, and related conferences in the Phoenix venue
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, applications, and supporting evidence packets aligned with court and agency standards
• Interview clients, gather facts and corroborating documents, and explain procedural options and risks in plain language
