Position Summary

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Apprentices in Hydro Operation at the Trego Hydro Plant. This role offers a unique opportunity for hands-on learning and development within an industry leader.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced operators with routine tasks such as monitoring plant systems, equipment maintenance, and data recording.
• Participate in training programs designed to enhance your understanding of hydroelectric power generation processes.
• Support the safe operation of the Trego Hydro Plant by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist with the collection and analysis of operational data to improve plant efficiency and performance.

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are essential qualities for this role.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
