About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations at our Alpharetta McDonald's. In this full-time position, you'll manage crew performance, ensure food safety and quality standards, and deliver exceptional service to guests. Reporting to the Franchise Operating Partner, you'll direct all shifts and maintain the operational standards that define McDonald's.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a crew team in food preparation, customer service, and order fulfillment
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling with accuracy
• Enforce McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC) standards and local health compliance requirements
• Hire, train, and develop hourly team members; manage scheduling and performance
• Address customer concerns professionally and quickly to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Monitor operating costs, reduce waste, and support profitability objectives
• Participate in community initiatives and local marketing efforts in Alpharetta and surrounding Fulton County areas

What We're Looking For

• Howard University graduate or recent graduate with interest in management, business, or hospitality
• Documented experience in restaurant management, fast-food operations, or equivalent supervisory role
• Strong leadership capabilities with proven ability to motivate and develop teams
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards; willingness to obtain certification if needed
• Customer-first mindset and commitment to operational integrity
