Role Overview

We are hiring a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to champion our Operations and Kitchen teams across our Chennai locations at Curefoods. As an execution-focused HR professional in the fast-paced world of Cloud Kitchens and Food & Beverage, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives and support talent management activities.
• Provide hands-on support for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and regulations.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive work environment that aligns with Curefoods' values and culture.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong background in front-line HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Experience working with Cloud Kitchens or similar fast-food operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members at all levels of the organization.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
