About the Role

As a Lead Generation Specialist at Outsource Access, you will blend proactive outreach with relationship-building, CRM upkeep, content creation, and light administrative support. This is a remote position, and we are looking for a creative self-starter who can grow our network while keeping operations tidy and communication flowing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation & community growth (top priority): Pinpoint, reach out to, and engage prospective leads; run outreach campaigns to expand the community; and track results to refine your approach over time.
• CRM management: Keep client records and interactions accurate and well-organized in HubSpot while simplifying communication workflows.
• Group coordination: Organize mastermind groups, handle scheduling and member outreach, and help every session run smoothly.
• Content creation: Write blog articles, email campaigns, and promotional copy, and produce branded visuals using Canva and Thrive.
• Administrative support: Manage team conversations in Slack and assist with scheduling, inbox oversight, and basic bookkeeping in QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on background in lead generation, sales outreach, or community building
• Working knowledge of HubSpot, Slack, Canva, Thrive, and QuickBooks
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Experience in content writing and digital marketing
• A self-directed mindset with the initiative to work independently
• Currently residing in the Philippines and legally eligible to work there
