Outsource Access is hiring a remote Lead Generation Specialist to drive new connections, deepen community engagement, and keep our outreach engine running smoothly. About the Role
As a Lead Generation Specialist at Outsource Access, you will blend proactive outreach with relationship-building, CRM upkeep, content creation, and light administrative support. This is a remote position, and we are looking for a creative self-starter who can grow our network while keeping operations tidy and communication flowing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation & community growth (top priority): Pinpoint, reach out to, and engage prospective leads; run outreach campaigns to expand the community; and track results to refine your approach over time.
- CRM management: Keep client records and interactions accurate and well-organized in HubSpot while simplifying communication workflows.
- Group coordination: Organize mastermind groups, handle scheduling and member outreach, and help every session run smoothly.
- Content creation: Write blog articles, email campaigns, and promotional copy, and produce branded visuals using Canva and Thrive.
- Administrative support: Manage team conversations in Slack and assist with scheduling, inbox oversight, and basic bookkeeping in QuickBooks.
Qualifications
- Hands-on background in lead generation, sales outreach, or community building
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, Slack, Canva, Thrive, and QuickBooks
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Experience in content writing and digital marketing
- A self-directed mindset with the initiative to work independently
- Currently residing in the Philippines and legally eligible to work there
