GE Aerospace is hiring a full-time HR AI Enablement Leader to join its Human Resources organization in Quivira, Johnson County — a strategic role at the intersection of people strategy and artificial intelligence.

About the Role

As GE Aerospace accelerates its investment in AI-driven transformation, the HR AI Enablement Leader will serve as the connective tissue between emerging AI capabilities and the day-to-day work of the HR function. You will design and champion the programs, governance structures, and change-management approaches that help HR professionals confidently adopt AI tools — shifting how the function delivers services, informs talent decisions, and supports the broader workforce.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute an AI enablement roadmap tailored to HR use cases across talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee experience, and HR operations
  • Build frameworks and standards that govern responsible, compliant AI use within HR, partnering with legal, ethics, and data privacy teams
  • Translate complex AI concepts into practical tools and workflows HR teams can adopt with confidence
  • Collaborate with technology, data, and business leaders to identify, pilot, and scale high-impact AI applications across the HR function
  • Design and deliver training, playbooks, and change-management programs that build AI fluency across HR practitioners at all levels
  • Measure adoption, track outcomes, and continuously refine the enablement approach based on data and stakeholder feedback
  • Stay current on HR-specific AI trends, tools, and regulatory developments to keep GE Aerospace ahead of the curve

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technology adoption or digital transformation initiatives within an HR function
  • Deep understanding of HR processes — including talent management, learning and development, and workforce analytics — and how AI can meaningfully improve them
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to prioritize, structure, and deliver complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven ability to communicate AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and drive behavior change through influence rather than authority
  • Experience working with HR technology platforms and familiarity with enterprise AI or machine learning tools
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving, highly matrixed global organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
